This 5,700 square foot Gucci Store in the Napa Valley outside of San Francisco had three different openings, all of which were done ahead of schedule. This store started as two different spaces, one of which was used as a temporary store and was ready to do business within the first week of construction. While the Gucci staff was operating out of the temporary store, we were busy demo'ing and rebuilding the other half of the space, which was completed ahead of schedule. We then moved operations from the temporary store into the newly built store without missing one minute of operational time and proceeded to demo and build out the original temporary store. Once that build out was complete (yes, ahead of schedule), we combined the two stores overnight and the complete store was ready for business the next morning without missing a beat. A project such as this can only be successful when all parties are on the same page; ARC understands that construction and operations must absolutely work together in an open remodel situation.
